Finalists of She Loves Tech BD 2020 Have Been Announced 

he Loves Tech is a hot topic now in the Startup Industry of Bangladesh. Recently Turtle Venture, the regional partner of She Loves Tech in Bangladesh, announced the finalists of the She Loves Tech 2020 BD. On 25th October 2020, these finalists will be taking part in the Virtual Pitch Round of She Loves Tech 2020 BD.

She Loves Tech is happening for the second time this year. From the startups which applied for the She Loves Tech BD, ten startups which performed well, have been selected to present their pitch on 25th October. The winner of She Loves BD will get the chance to represent Bangladesh on the international platform of She Loves Tech in November 2020.

The registration for She Loves Tech 2020 opened on 10th July which ended on 8th October. Then, 14th October was selected as the day for Bangladesh Mentorship Session which was followed by the Final Pitch Day on 15th October, and finally, the shortlist of startups that were selected as the finalists have been declared this Thursday.

Finalists of She Loves Tech BD 2020 Has Been Announced 

The wait to know about which startups are the finalists of She Loves Tech BD 2020 is finally over. This year, the top 10 startups which will be nationally recognized through the platform of She Loves Tech in Bangladesh are –

  • Amar Astha

Amar Astha (আমার আস্থা) is a health care service provider startup in Bangladesh which provides home care services to the people of Bangladesh. Apart from delivering medical products, Amar Astha also provides people with physiotherapist, occupational/speech therapist, Oxygen cylinder rent, nanny/babysitter, nurse &  attendants, diagnostic & reports etc. services. 

  • Wander Woman

Wander Woman, founded in 2018, is a local travel agency in Bangladesh.  They have won awards for being extremely dedicated to inspiring the travel freak women in Bangladesh. The people connected to Wander Woman deny to call it an agency, rather they think of it as a platform that connects the travel-loving women from every corner of Bangladesh. 

  • Teek Taka

Teek Taka (ঠিক টাকা), a financial platform in Bangladesh which works on improving the conditions of laborers who contribute to the global supply chain. The name “Teek Taka” came from Bengali words “Teek Tako” which means to be good. The main goal of Teek Taka is to establish an inclusive ecosystem that will work well for the common people.

  • Beshi Deshi

Beshi Deshi, a one-stop platform, is the largest digital marketplace for all the products that are made in Bangladesh. This startup works for connecting the talented sellers of Bangladesh and keeping all the Bangladeshi homemade products together in a platform. Consumers living abroad and within the country can easily order any kind of Bangladeshi products from here.

  • Interactive Artifact

The Interactive Artifact is a Bangladeshi Software Company is a startup that develops interactive products. Founded in 2016, Interactive Artifact is considered one of the long-awaited startups in Bangladesh. By using innovative technologies, the team of Interactive Artifact tries to provide innovative solutions to its customers.

  • Bonton Connect

Bonton Connect is a WiFi sharing platform, developed in Bangladesh. With further plans of democratization of the Internet, it keeps on trying to make the Internet affordable for everyone in Dhaka City. Through the Bonton Connect Mobile App, anyone can buy and sell their home internet at an affordable rate.

  • Cookups

Cookups is a platform which provides the opportunity of choosing available homemade food near you and get it delivered in your own house. Besides buying homemade foods in Bangladesh, you can also sell your homemade foods through Cookups, but in case of selling, you have to sign up by giving registration fee of 1000/- at first.
